The client had an urgent need to upgrade their Institutional Money Management website with real time client account information, including balances/positions, recent  transactions, reporting, and historic transactions. 

Managed a cross functional project that designed, developed, tested, and deployed www.BGICash.com providing 200 Institutional/Government clients with on-line acces to $10 Billion of annual transactions

• Project was a pilot for the company's first SDLC CMMI-3 Governance Practice.
• Designed and developed the UAT policy and procedure.
• Staff: 6 Direct Reports, 3 Matrixed Reports. Budget: $500K
