Overview
From a strategic perspective, my background includes a deep experience in Strategic Business Analysis and Process engineering/re-engineering.
As such - I have teamed with senior and executive management in developing the enterprise, corporate, and department strategic solutions to strengthen the business process, and to align the process with the appropriate Information Systems.
The effective outcome of my efforts were at all times an improved operational efficiency, the alignment of business process and IT infrastructure, and the increased ability to service the customer at every level.
