Strategic E-Commerce initiative to link vertical business portals for the purpose of cross-selling financial products and services.

Assisted with the design of functional and business requirements for a front-end Telecom service request system.  Designed the overall workflow procedures for Telecom service request order function and the vendor management infrastructure, workflow, and procedures

Strategic Business Transformation project to outsource the Enterprise voice/data communication function.

  • Prepared the RFP for outsourcing the Bank’s voice/data communications department.  Prepared Cost/Benefit Analysis of RFP responses, and prepared recommendations for Vendor selection.
  • Prepared the Department Due Diligence Report as part of the merger with Norwest.  Study encompassed 18 business units and included an overview of the enterprise voice and data infrastructure and topology.  The 120-page report detailed departmental Mission and Operations, descriptions of dependent business processes, and business/third party vendor interfaces and systems.
