USWest | business engineering US West was the winning bidder for the Wells Fargo telecom contract. Retained by US West to complete the outsourcing process from the provider perspective. Designed the business process flow and business requirements for the front-end telecom service request system. Designed the business process flow and business requirements for vendor management

Study encompassed 18 business units and included an overview of the enterprise voice and data infrastructure and topology. The 120-page report detailed departmental Mission and Operations, descriptions of dependent business processes, and business/third party vendor interfaces and systems
