USWest | business engineering US West was the winning bidder for the Wells Fargo telecom contract. Retained by US West to complete the outsourcing process from the provider perspective. Designed the business process flow and business requirements for the front-end telecom service request system. Designed the business process flow and business requirements for vendor management

Telecom Business Operations | outsourcing Retained to assist Wells Fargo Bank with a Strategic Business Transformation initiative to outsource the Enterprise voice/data communication function. Prepared the RFP for outsourcing the Bank’s voice/data communications department to a third party vendor. Reviewed RFP bids, prepared Cost/Benefit Analysis of RFP responses, and formulated recommendations for Vendor selection.

Retained to perform Due Diligence Report as part of the merger with Norwest. Prepared a Due Diligence Report for Norwest and Wells Fargo Executive Management. Study encompassed 18 business units and included an overview of the enterprise voice and data infrastructure and topology. The 120-page report detailed departmental Mission and Operations, descriptions of dependent business processes, and business/third party vendor interfaces and systems
